FULL DAY ID CAMP, 9-8pm
$150 per participant
These one day ID clinics are designed for the serious soccer player and are open to players in grades 8 and above. The clinic emphasizes player development in a challenging, stimulating environment.
Our curriculum is designed for the serious soccer player looking to play at the next level. Technical and tactical aspects of the game are developed throughout the day with the morning technical sessions based around the three main aspects of the game: Defending, possession versus pressure, and going to goal. The afternoon session provides the opportunity to experience other aspects that relate to our ODU program: strength and conditioning, campus tour, leadership/teamwork activities, and recruiting Q+A. In the evening we finish the day playing 11v11 games under the lights of the soccer stadium.
For goalkeepers, similarly we will work with you on various technical aspects of this unique position such as handling, footwork, shot stopping, distribution, and crossing. These techniques will then be developed further in game like practices and of course in the game itself.
