Each 3 hour session will consist of a Lecture presentation providing key principles regarding the holistic development of female soccer players, including information on athletic development, technical practice and tactical education and how this relates to the overall development of a ‘team mentality’.

An on-field practical session will then follow demonstrating some of the principles discussed and specific exercises used to enhance the athletic, technical, and game awareness skills of youth players.

Presenting coaches will be available for Q and A on the session afterwards in the lecture room.
